Editorial Independence Policy. The white paper disclosure includes our editorial independence language, but a standalone policy document is in development for Board adoption.
Annual Report. AOO has not yet produced a year-in-review annual report. As program activities expand, an annual report will be added here.
Independently audited financials. AOO's revenue does not currently trigger state or federal audit requirements. Form 990 filings are independently prepared.
Revised Bylaws. A proposed substantive revision of the Bylaws is under Board review, including a Dissolution clause, a Conflict of Interest article, expanded Indemnification with D&O insurance authorization, and a Membership article. Will be posted here once adopted.
